STEEPING YOUR TEA

Most teas can be re-steeped multiple times within a few hours of the initial infusion.

Everyone’s taste preferences are different so it’s completely up to you how strong you like to enjoy your tea and if you like it black, white or sweet.

Simply do what tastes right to you.

Below is a basic guideline to assist you on your tea journey and remember that fresh nearly boiled water is the best way to get the most flavour out of your tea leaves.

WHITE TEA 1-3 MINUTES
CHINESE GREEN 3 MINUTES
JAPANESE GREEN 2-3 MINUTES
BLACK 3-5 MINUTES
DARJEELING 3 MINUTES
OOLONG (ROLLED & LONG LEAF) 3-5 MINUTES
HERBAL INFUSION/ TISANES 5-7 MINUTES
